We don’t just smoke pork anymore. Come see for yourself. Offering a full menu with plentiful seating at their restaurant located in scenic Botetourt County. Home of the tastiest slow-cooked, hickory-smoked North Carolina-style barbeque anywhere in the valley. Hand-chopped pork is their specialty.
They have two sauces; a spicy eastern NC vinegar/pepper sauce and a sweeter and milder tomato sauce. Offering chopped pork with either of the two sauces blended in. Now offering BBQ Bill’s Jerk Pork Tenderloin and Smoked Salmon. In addition to counter sales, catered barbeque for parties and meetings in the Daleville area is available.
