Botetourt County features several golf courses in some of nature's finest settings. They are a short drive from Downtown Roanoke, and offer a unique and challenging experience for all levels of play.

Lovers of the great outdoors will fall in love with Botetourt County.  The Blue Ridge Parkway " the nation's longest national park " offers some of the most scenic cycling opportunities in the mid-Atlantic.  Hikers and backpackers will enjoy our stretch of the Appalachian Trail, the most famous hiking trail in the country.
